Ashley is an experienced leader in care management who has spent the last decade building telephonic and value based care management programs. Prior to Lumata Health, Ashley sat on the national leadership team at a large value based senior primary care clinic and played a vital role in building their care management, behavioral health and pharmacy care teams. She started her career in care management at a large health insurance company where she helped build quality monitoring programs and led efforts to build care management technology platforms, Salesforce integrations and post-hospital care management programs.
Ashley is a Registered Nurse who received her AS from Good Samaritan College of Nursing. She received her BS in Nursing and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. She is also a Certified Care Manager.
Ashley is an advocate for caregivers in the workplace and was the President of the Caregivers Employee Resource Group at one of the largest health insurance company in the country and created mentoring circles to provide support and teach self-advocacy for those providing care to people with Mental Illness and Substance Use Disorder. During COVID, Ashley was responsible for the design and implementation of an inbound nurse line to provide members receive prescription assistance, food resources and mental health support.
