Chris is a lifelong technologist who started his career as a software developer more than two decades ago. Over the last 5 years, he served as the technology strategy and operations leader for one of the most successful AWS Consulting partners in the contact center space that he helped grow to a team of over 100 software developers in offices on 3 continents. Once acquired by a public company, Chris led the business to grow an additional 55% while creating multiple products to fill gaps in their market.
Chris has had a passion for great “customer experience” since before that was a buzzword and loves using technology to improve the way organizations engage with their customers and stakeholders. He sees healthcare as a fascinating industry where small tweaks in care can change a patient’s experience dramatically, even saving lives.
Chris has a BA from Knox College in Computer Science and Economics. He is a dad to two teenage daughters and serves on the board of the small school where they attend.
