Lumata Health’s SMS text program enables communication between you and Lumata Health’s staff of care coordinators by means of SMS text messages to and from your mobile device. You may elect to receive SMS messages by replying AGREE to an SMS texting acceptance message sent to you by Lumata Health. Lumata Health’s SMS messaging is supported by the following mobile operators: T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Metro-PCS, and others. If your mobile operator is not supported, you will not receive a reply to your messages. Pre-paid users may not be able to participate – check with your mobile operator. To stop the SMS text service at any time, reply STOP to any message. To receive help information, reply HELP to any message. Consent to receive SMS text messages is not required as a condition of registering for or using the Service. Texts may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
